Shipping

Orders ship via UPS. We produce our products during the weekend. To ensure freshness, we ship on Mondays only. You can select from 3 Day, 2nd Day, or overnight delivery. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. However, there may be times when preparation takes longer. In such cases, we will notify you of any delay. WNY (Western New York) Pickup may also be chosen for those who reside in the immediate Buffalo-Niagara area, and who desire to avoid UPS shipping charges. Clients who choose this option will be responsible for picking up their order at Niagara Popcorn's shop located in Buffalo, New York's Broadway Market (www.broadwaymarket.org). A delivery charge of $5 will apply to all orders that are delivered by Niagara Popcorn staff to WNY clients who are unable to pick up their orders.

Refunds

We cannot accept returns on items purchased from Niagara Popcorn. We will issue a refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased. To request a refund, please use the Contact Us button at the top of this page.
